Real is a mental wellness membership that strives to make care accessible and engaging. Our goal is to support individuals in taking care of their mental health, which we believe is an essential part of being human. Real offers therapist-created tools, on-demand conversations, and engaging community stories to assist you on your mental wellness journey.
 
How does Real work?
 
At Real, we provide a safe space where you can explore and embrace all of your feelings. Whether it's an old childhood memory, insecurities about your appearance, or doubts in your relationships, we encourage you to be the realest version of yourself. Open Real when you need support before a big meeting, when you're ruminating on a past argument, or when you want to practice setting boundaries.
 
<h3>MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES</h3>
 
<ul>
 <li>SESSIONS: We offer approachable and digestible sessions on a variety of topics that cater to individuals at any stage of their mental wellness journey. You can choose to listen to quick two-minute sessions or dive into longer collections for hours. These sessions are available anytime, anywhere.</li>
 <li>TOOLS: Our licensed therapists create research-based therapy tools to help you reflect and take actionable steps towards improving your mental health. These tools are designed to support your day-to-day life and help you navigate various challenges.</li>
 <li>STORIES: Connect with real people who share their lived experiences and how it has impacted their mental health. You also have the option to share your own story anonymously.</li>
 <li>EVENTS: Join anonymous conversations with experts and therapists to learn, practice skills, and connect with the Real community.</li>
</ul>
 
Subscription Pricing and Terms:
 
Real offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $23.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $164.99/year, giving you unlimited access to audio content within Real as long as your subscription is active.
 
Payment will be charged to the credit card associated with your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. If a free trial period is offered and unused, it will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
